Our circuit class is a 30 minute, high energy class involving cardiovascular and weighted movement.  The class is set up with stations of different exercises ranging from abdominals to step-ups to press ups to squats and everything else in-between.  This is a very social, fun class and is perfect for those wanting a quick but effective workout.  Suitable for all levels.
This class is on a Monday at 6.15pm and is free to members, and $10 to non-members.
