Our circuit class is a 30 minute, high energy class involving cardiovascular and weighted movement.
The class is set up with stations of different exercises ranging from abdominals to step-ups to press ups to squats and everything else in-between.
This is a very social, fun class and is perfect for those wanting a quick but effective workout. Suitable for all levels.
What to bring and wear
Circuit training involves using various pieces of equipment, so comfortable sports shoes to exercise indoors in are recommended.
You may like to have a drink bottle handy or just use the cooled water fountain to refresh.
Comfortable clothing to move in, such as exercise leggings (either fitted stretchy or loose and baggy), track pants, or shorts for lower half. A comfortable, exercise top or t-shirt for the top half.
A hand towel for wiping a sweaty brow or hands, to place on benches or mats you are using, is recommended.
